Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are shipped out twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • You can expect to receive items between 7-14 business days. A tracking number will be provided on every order.
  • Expedited next-day shipping is available for an additional fee.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse and the type of item purchased.
  • If an item is not received after two weeks, please contact support
  • We accept returns if the item is returned in its original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the order being delivered.
  • The price of the item will be fully refunded, but original shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a tracking number must be provided for refunds to be processed.
  • Refunds will be deposited once the returned item is received.
